Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective date: March 14, 2026

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

2. Return Deadline

After submitting withdrawal notice, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

• Goods must be returned in original packaging, with original markings, and complete as delivered.
• You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functionality.
• If use exceeds reasonable inspection, we may deduct compensation for diminished value.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the returned item is incorrect, defective, or non-conforming.

5. Refund Timing

• Refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of withdrawal notice.
• We may withhold refund until returned goods are received, or until proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.
• If you selected a premium delivery method, we refund only the cost of standard delivery.

6. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels

• If a parcel is returned because it was not collected in time, return and re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Orders marked for representative-office pickup must be collected within 3 calendar months.

7. Defect Claims and Warranty Rights

• Defect claim period: 2 years from delivery.
• For defects appearing within 6 months, non-conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
• After 6 months, the consumer may need to demonstrate that the defect was not caused by misuse.
• Please report defects within 2 months after discovery.

8. Out-of-Stock or Non-Deliverable Orders

If an order cannot be fulfilled (for example due to stock depletion), we will notify you as soon as possible and refund paid amounts, including delivery costs, generally within 1-2 business days. Depending on payment method, settlement may take up to 7 business days.
