1. General Information

  1. This online store is operated by Sanitify OÜ.
  2. Our customer support response time is up to 5 business days.
  3. All payments are processed in EUR.

2. Placing Orders

  1. Products may be ordered without creating an account. Registered users may receive additional benefits.
  2. To place an order, you must: add products to cart, proceed to checkout, enter required details, select delivery and payment methods, accept these terms, and submit payment.
  3. Your order is accepted for processing after payment confirmation and after a confirmation email has been issued.

3. Payment Terms

  1. After payment, you must click "Back to merchant" to return to the store confirmation page.
  2. Payments may be made via bank links, installment partners, invoice, or e-invoice as available at checkout.
  3. Supported bank links include Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, and Coop Bank. Payment mediation is provided by Montonio.
  4. Order fulfillment begins after funds are fully received in Sanitify OÜ's settlement account.
  5. Any payment service fees charged by third parties are borne by the buyer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

4. Delivery

  1. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. A dispatch email will be sent when your package has been shipped.
  2. Shipping and parcel collection are not performed on Estonian public holidays.
  3. Current delivery methods and costs are shown during checkout.
  4. If a parcel is returned because the customer did not collect it in time, the customer bears return and re-shipping costs.
  5. If pickup from a representative location is chosen, goods must be collected within 3 calendar months. Uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving goods, without stating a reason.
  2. Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
  3. Goods may be inspected only as would reasonably be allowed in a physical retail environment.
  4. Products must be returned in original packaging, with original markings, and complete as delivered.
  5. If use exceeds what is required for inspection, or condition is not equivalent to normal resale condition, Sanitify OÜ may deduct compensation for diminished value.
  6. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where return is due to non-conformity, wrong product, or defect.
  7. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of withdrawal notice, subject to lawful withholding until goods are returned or return proof is provided.
  8. If a premium delivery option was selected, only the standard delivery cost is refundable.
  9. Sanitify OÜ may cancel a sale and request return of goods if price was materially incorrect due to a manifest pricing error.
  10. Defect claim period is 2 years. For defects appearing within 6 months, non-conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
  11. Customers must notify defects within 2 months of discovery. Complaints are answered in writing within 15 days.
  12. If goods cannot be delivered (e.g., out of stock), paid sums are generally refunded within 1-2 business days; depending on payment method, settlement may take up to 7 business days.

6. Data Protection

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
  2. Data may include name, email address, mobile number, and consumer preferences.
  3. Data is used to provide services, process orders, improve services, and offer personalized content where permitted.
  4. Data required for delivery may be transferred to logistics partners; payment-related data may be transferred to authorized payment service providers.
  5. Marketing communications are sent in accordance with your consent and applicable law. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future processing.

7. Liability, Force Majeure, and Remedies

  1. Each party is liable for damage caused by breach of these terms to the extent provided by Estonian law.
  2. Sanitify OÜ is not liable for delays or damage caused by force majeure circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  3. In case of breach, legal remedies may include performance, withholding performance, damages, price reduction, contract termination, and default interest where applicable.

8. Coupons, Discount Codes, and Reward Points

  1. Coupons and discount codes are valid only within stated validity periods and according to campaign rules.
  2. Unless expressly allowed, only one coupon or discount code may be used per order.
  3. Reward points accrue per eligible order and may be redeemed under the rules shown in checkout.
  4. Reward points are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may expire according to program terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
  2. Consumers may submit disputes via the EU ODR platform or the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or to competent courts.
