1. General Information
- This online store is operated by Sanitify OÜ.
- Our customer support response time is up to 5 business days.
- All payments are processed in EUR.
2. Placing Orders
- Products may be ordered without creating an account. Registered users may receive additional benefits.
- To place an order, you must: add products to cart, proceed to checkout, enter required details, select delivery and payment methods, accept these terms, and submit payment.
- Your order is accepted for processing after payment confirmation and after a confirmation email has been issued.
3. Payment Terms
- After payment, you must click "Back to merchant" to return to the store confirmation page.
- Payments may be made via bank links, installment partners, invoice, or e-invoice as available at checkout.
- Supported bank links include Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, and Coop Bank. Payment mediation is provided by Montonio.
- Order fulfillment begins after funds are fully received in Sanitify OÜ's settlement account.
- Any payment service fees charged by third parties are borne by the buyer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. Delivery
- After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. A dispatch email will be sent when your package has been shipped.
- Shipping and parcel collection are not performed on Estonian public holidays.
- Current delivery methods and costs are shown during checkout.
- If a parcel is returned because the customer did not collect it in time, the customer bears return and re-shipping costs.
- If pickup from a representative location is chosen, goods must be collected within 3 calendar months. Uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving goods, without stating a reason.
- Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
- Goods may be inspected only as would reasonably be allowed in a physical retail environment.
- Products must be returned in original packaging, with original markings, and complete as delivered.
- If use exceeds what is required for inspection, or condition is not equivalent to normal resale condition, Sanitify OÜ may deduct compensation for diminished value.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where return is due to non-conformity, wrong product, or defect.
- Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of withdrawal notice, subject to lawful withholding until goods are returned or return proof is provided.
- If a premium delivery option was selected, only the standard delivery cost is refundable.
- Sanitify OÜ may cancel a sale and request return of goods if price was materially incorrect due to a manifest pricing error.
- Defect claim period is 2 years. For defects appearing within 6 months, non-conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
- Customers must notify defects within 2 months of discovery. Complaints are answered in writing within 15 days.
- If goods cannot be delivered (e.g., out of stock), paid sums are generally refunded within 1-2 business days; depending on payment method, settlement may take up to 7 business days.
6. Data Protection
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
- Data may include name, email address, mobile number, and consumer preferences.
- Data is used to provide services, process orders, improve services, and offer personalized content where permitted.
- Data required for delivery may be transferred to logistics partners; payment-related data may be transferred to authorized payment service providers.
- Marketing communications are sent in accordance with your consent and applicable law. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future processing.
7. Liability, Force Majeure, and Remedies
- Each party is liable for damage caused by breach of these terms to the extent provided by Estonian law.
- Sanitify OÜ is not liable for delays or damage caused by force majeure circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- In case of breach, legal remedies may include performance, withholding performance, damages, price reduction, contract termination, and default interest where applicable.
8. Coupons, Discount Codes, and Reward Points
- Coupons and discount codes are valid only within stated validity periods and according to campaign rules.
- Unless expressly allowed, only one coupon or discount code may be used per order.
- Reward points accrue per eligible order and may be redeemed under the rules shown in checkout.
- Reward points are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may expire according to program terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- Consumers may submit disputes via the EU ODR platform or the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or to competent courts.
